			<description><![CDATA[ Last night Yuku's new servers through Amazon's Cloud servers had an interruption of service. That's now obviously been cleared up since we can access the boards, but upon entering chat, I'm getting this message: "Login error: format error of the authentication response!" I have submitted a ticket to Yuku, and hopefully that issue will be remedied.<br><br>Edit to add: I tried it just now and was able to get in.<br> ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I sent Yuku a long letter complaining about the current chatroom and here's the response I received by them. I haven't yet visited their chatroom as suggested, but I will get around to doing it soon. I'd suggest those of you having issues with the chat do so as well and see if it's the same on the other Yuku board. Then submit a ticket to Yuku explaining this. Hopefully with more feedback, they can figure out what's going on.&nbsp; They offered to create a separate chatroom on their board that we could use in the meantime. Highlight sigilsmotel.yuku.com and on the slider move it all the way to left so it says "Never" and check off "Never Ask Again".  <br>

This will make it so it won't save your settings (font, avatar) but it does make connecting to the chatroom easier. I haven't had to delete or refresh at all since I've done that. ]]></description>

I've put in a ticket with Yuku, but I think they're aware of the issue, but if anyone else wants to submit a ticket, go right ahead. More the better. If you got to that link, you can delete the Sigils website from there.  It should look like this:<br>

			<description><![CDATA[ I find myself having to do this step EVERY single time before I can connect to chat, which is annoying because then I have to reselect my avatar and font color.  Is anyone else having this issue? I reported the problem with Yuku, but I was wondering if it was just me having to do it all the time or not. At least I can get into chat though. ]]></description>
